يتيح لك تطبيقنا المجاني على iPhone وAndroid متابعة حالة صيانة سيارتك مباشرةً أثناء وجودها في ورشتنا. آخر تحديث: أكتوبر 2026.
تسجيل الدخول: على iPhone عبر آبل نطلب معرّفاً فقط للتعرّف على حسابك، ولا نطلب بريدك الإلكتروني ولا نستلمه. وعلى Android عبر Google نستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة حسابك ومعرّفه.
سجل خدمتك: اسمك وسيارتك (النوع والموديل واللوحة) وصور الخدمة والملاحظات يُنشئها فريقنا أثناء زيارتك وتُعرض لك. أنت لا تُدخل هذه البيانات في التطبيق.
التنبيهات: إذا سمحت بها نحفظ رمز التنبيهات الخاص بجهازك لنرسل لك تحديثات سيارتك، ولا نرسل العروض إلا إذا فعّلتها.
نستخدم ذلك فقط لعرض حالة سيارتك وتحديثاتها وربطك بمركبتك الصحيحة.
لا نصل إلى موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا الكاميرا. لا تتبّع، ولا إعلانات، ولا تحليلات، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراضها الخاصة.
تُحفظ بياناتك لدى مزوّد الخدمة Supabase (خوادم في الهند) عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ولا يطّلع عليها أو يعدّلها سوى الموظفين المصرّح لهم عبر لوحة تحكم خاصة. ونستعين بآبل وGoogle لتسجيل الدخول وإيصال التنبيهات فقط.
تُحفظ جلستك على جهازك حتى لا تحتاج إلى تسجيل الدخول في كل مرة.
من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، أو «حذف الحساب» في شاشة ربط السيارة إن لم تربط سيارة بعد.
دون التطبيق: راسلنا على بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، مع بريد Google لحسابات Android، أو اسمك ورقم لوحة سيارتك لحسابات iPhone، ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.
يُحذف حسابك وبيانات تسجيل الدخول ورموز التنبيهات فوراً، ويُزال اسمك وارتباط حسابك من سجل السيارة. قد يحتفظ المركز بسجل خدمة المركبة كسجل تجاري دون اسمك أو ارتباط بحسابك، وتختفي البيانات المحذوفة من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 30 يوماً.
Our free app for iPhone and Android lets you follow your car's live service status while it's at our workshop. Last updated: October 2026.
Sign-in: on iPhone, with Apple, we ask only for an identifier to recognize your account; we do not ask for or receive your email. On Android, with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and account ID.
Your service record: your name, vehicle (make, model, plate), service photos and notes are created by our staff during your visit and shown back to you. You don't enter these in the app.
Notifications: if you allow them, we store your device's notification token to send you updates about your car. Promotions are sent only if you turn them on.
We use this only to show you your car's status and updates and to link you to the right vehicle.
No access to your location, contacts, photos or camera. No tracking, no ads, no analytics, and we never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own use.
Your data is stored with our provider Supabase (servers in India) over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Only authorized staff can view or edit it, through a private dashboard. Apple and Google are used only for sign-in and delivering notifications.
Your session is stored on your device so you don't have to sign in every time.
In the app: Settings → Delete account, or "Delete account" on the Link your car screen if you haven't linked a car yet.
Without the app: email with the subject "Delete account", including your Google email (Android) or your name and car plate number (iPhone). We delete the account within 7 days.
Your account, sign-in details and notification tokens are deleted immediately, and your name and account link are removed from the car's record. The workshop may keep the vehicle's service record as a business record, without your name or a link to your account. Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.
